I started with a hand-made grid,
coloring the individual squares.
In my op work, I try to remove any
elements that suggest a third dimension,
so this required removing most elements
that bind this into a whole. The 2
green squares that "leak" from their
bars were the result of a flaw in the
underlying grid. I left them because
it allows the green to bind more
closely to the red bar above without
adding a weave (which is 3-d).
The blue box at the bottom was another
flaw and I left it as a bridge between
the real world and the suggested ideal world.
